The National Rejoin March
The West End of London on Saturday 23rd September 2023
It was a privilege to walk with and chat to so many like minded individuals from all over Britain; and some from Spain! Many folk said that they felt isolated back in their own towns at times, and this was the tonic that they needed.
As ever, Linda's world-class York for Europe logo on our banner and T shirts was much appreciated. Also our web site has a growing following, and a chair of one large UK city requested details of its construction.
Although some media have shown a pathetic response to this national event, which arguably supports the views of half the population, we encountered no opposition: no banners, no shouts of abuse. I understand that the event has been covered by Spanish and French TV, and our own LBC.
