York for Europe and the Twinning Committees of Dijon and Münster
~ work with the City of York Council to add twin town acknowledgement signs to the Welcome to the City road signs.
This has been achieved by individual specific donations for this project with no cost to the Council tax payers of York. The project was led by Cllr Christian Vassie.
